The programs are available to fresh graduates, from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and gives them the opportunity to realize their potential and aspirations. The programs offers training in critical areas such as English language, computer skills, job entry skills etc. The programs are also tailored to empower new university graduates from various educational backgrounds to develop their business related skills, and represents the core of FGF programs.       More than 80% of BBSA graduates are successfully employed in the labor market.
