To compete in todays dynamic business environment in Egypt and the region there is a need to invest in developing new competencies and skill sets for managers. To address this need, FGF has set up the Centre for Executive Excellence (CEE) to launch world class, practical, relevant and affordable-Management Development Programs.

The vision of CEE is to position itself as the world-class Centre of Executive Excellence in the region. This will be achieved by building leadership capacities and skills through state-of-the-art development activities in cooperation with regional and international partners.

Mission

To leverage the existing core competencies of individuals in the region and attempt to harness leadership capacities in order to create an Arab society that fosters sustainability, innovation and enrichment.

Objectives

1.  Focus on increasing awareness of how important Executive Education is, thus enabling individuals and organizations to compete effectively in a global-based society
2.  Provide innovative and customized industry-specific training of high quality
3. Empower individuals to discover opportunities and understand the importance of learning for self-development
4. Establish a model for Executive Education that nay be integrated and replicated throughout the region
5. Emphasize a learning experience in which participants develop a method of thinking that allows them to adapt readily to a rapidly changing business environment.
